We are thrilled to announce that Autrix has become a member of the United Kingdom Warehousing Association (UKWA). This is a significant milestone for us, and we look forward to seeing how it will benefit all of our clients.

From sustainability to innovation, the UKWA is a driving force within the warehousing industry for every business, regardless of size. If you’re a warehouse owner and you’ve not heard of the UKWA or become a member, we’ve rounded up all the information you need and why we recommend you join them, too.

What is the UKWA?

The UKWA is the leading trade organisation for the warehousing sector in the UK, representing over 900 members. This includes warehousing providers, logistics companies, and suppliers of products and services related to the industry.

The UKWA is dedicated to leading the way in warehouse initiatives and promoting skills development across the industry. They represent everyone from the smallest owner-operated warehouses to the largest logistics providers.

Not only do UKWA offer a wealth of resources and networking opportunities across the industry, but they also advocate for reform that will benefit everyone. They work hard to remain at the forefront of innovation, which is also one of our company’s driving factors.

Being a UKWA member allows us to connect with like-minded professionals and potential partners who are equally passionate about the future of warehousing. It also allows us to offer ongoing support to SMEs and help drive change within the industry.

Why is This Important to Autrix?

For Autrix, becoming a UKWA member is a commitment to supporting the warehousing sector. We believe in the UKWA’s ethos of inclusivity and advocacy, ensuring that every voice in the industry is heard and valued, no matter how small your operation might be.

Becoming a member aligns with our mission to support SMEs, providing them with the necessary tools and support to thrive. UKWA gives its members a voice and provides vital training and support where needed.

We are incredibly excited about the opportunity to collaborate on projects that improve warehouse efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Redefine your warehouse performance

What You Need to Know About UKWA Membership

One key benefit of being a UKWA member is access to a broad range of events and networking opportunities. These events are not just for the big players; they are designed to be inclusive, providing valuable exposure and advocacy for smaller, owner-operated warehouses.

By becoming registered members, businesses gain a voice in industry discussions and decisions, ensuring that the needs and challenges of SMEs are addressed alongside those of larger corporations. We have been passionate about this for a long time, and being part of UKWA will allow us to make greater progress and continue to support all businesses.

UKWA membership also opens doors to numerous training programs, resources, and best practice guidelines to help businesses improve their operations. For Autrix, this means staying at the forefront of industry trends, which will support our clients.

Upcoming Events and Future Plans

We are excited to participate in future events organised by the UKWA. These events will allow us to showcase our innovative automation solutions, network with industry leaders, and contribute to important conversations about the future of warehousing.

Our goal has always been to join the UKWA as we continue to support and work with businesses of all sizes. We are proud to be part of an organisation that values every member’s contribution, and we are excited about the opportunities to come.

Follow us for more updates on our journey with the UKWA and how we plan to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to support and grow the warehousing sector. Get in touch with our team to find out more about our UKWA membership and how our automation solutions will benefit your business.
